The campaign is open to eligible PrimeXBT clients we've contacted — if you qualify and trade on an MT5 account, you're enrolled automatically from 15 September. Final eligibility is confirmed by PrimeXBT.

From 15 September to 15 December 2026, with the option to extend or end early.

Only MT5 trades on XAU/USDT, BTC/USDT, XAG/USD count, and only trades closed on or after 15 September. If you opened a trade before the start date but closed it during the campaign, that volume is included. A trade opened during the campaign but closed after 15 December is not included.

In standard MT5 round-turn lots, based on closed trades, added up cumulatively across the whole campaign. Opening and then closing a 1-lot position counts as 1 lot — not 2.

Only the volume of the portion you close counts toward your total. Any part that stays open isn't counted until it's closed within the campaign period.

At each of the three checkpoints — 14 October, 14 November, and 15 December — based on your cumulative volume at that point.

Yes — up to three rewards across the campaign, one per checkpoint, matching the highest tier your cumulative volume has reached by that date.

You keep any reward you've already unlocked. Your tier simply won't increase further until your cumulative volume passes the next threshold by the following checkpoint.

No. Prizes are personal to the winner and can't be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or trading credit, unless PrimeXBT expressly approves it.

After each checkpoint, our Customer Support team will reach out to eligible winners to confirm delivery details, timing, and method. Prizes are delivered once your details and verification are confirmed.
